Thomas J. Kara brings over thirty years of professional experience in the application of digital technology to real-time control in SCADA and Energy Management Systems.

Prior to founding Control System Consulting, he performed SCADA/EMS software design and programming, operator interface development, application and system engineering, technical marketing, product design, and marketing management for major control and telecommunication system suppliers.

Thomas J. Kara also served as the vice-president of a consulting services profit center with responsibility for strategic planning, business and staff development, client relations, and project consulting and management.
